Já tinha ficado neste hotel anteriormente, mas o atendimento caiu bastante. O local é bonito, mas parece mal administrado atualmente. Peguei a suíte mais cara, e faltam coisas mínimas / básicas que todo hotel que cobra valor similar costuma oferecer. Ter que carregar sua própria mala sem nenhuma oferta de ajuda por parte da recepção, toalhas de segunda linha, ausência de roupão (sendo que a “graça” deste hotel é a piscina aquecida), funcionários que ficam ao celular na frente dos clientes, café da manhã com itens faltantes que demoram a serem repostos… o chuveiro demora a esquentar e a água não é suficientemente forte, nem quente. Além disso tem um trecho de estrada de terra pequeno para chegar, mas que também poderia estar melhor conservado.

Excelente opcao em Campos.
Superou as expectativas. Achamos o trajeto para chegar super tranquilo. O hotel é novo, as instalacoes sao bem conservadas, a piscina é uma delicia de quentinha. Toda a equipe foi muito simpatica e atendeu às nossas solicitacoes de forma eficiente. Providenciou taxi para nossa ida ao centro ja que o uber nao tem muita disponibilidade na cidade. O carro ficou no estacionamento do hotel. Fica relativamente perto, deu um valor de 30 reais de deslocamento. O estacionamento na cidade cuata 50 reais. Recomendo e voltaria. Nosso quarto nao tinha a vista principal e mesmo assim eu amei. Me senti em casa. O quarto era aconchegante e espacoso. Muito cheiroso e o banheiro enorme com um otimo chuveiro. E a vista é de tirar o folego. Nota 10
