For shared use: swimming pool (above ground) round (3 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Private: garden 100 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house. Shop 6 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bicycle rental 5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Ventimiglia" 5 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The owner lives on the same property.
