"We stayed in Room 21 for 3 nights and it was a great base for exploring Venice. The property is minutes away from St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge but feels secluded and peaceful. The apartment itself is great - very spacious and well-equipped, including stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-bar fridge. The mattress was on the firm side though. "We stayed in the Dolfin with 2 bedrooms. One room had a king bed, the other two twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. Room is decorated in a nice antique Italian decor. Very spacious, plenty of towels, great location, and good heating. We never ran out of hot water and the shower head is luxurious and large.
