"The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. I booked a superior quadruple room but was not allowed to have a 1 to stay overnight or even to visit , however, they allowed others to have visitors and I even a saw a group of their friends watch a rugby game. Residenza Ortensia è una struttura storica ma con numerosi tocchi moderni: il self check-in, l'illuminazione, il bagno con uno stile minimal ma completo di tutto. Perfetta sia per qualche giorno di relax che per uno stop and go verso la Puglia. Ottima la colazione in bar convenzionati. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. "
