They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. "Great location close to Mestre train station where the airport buses also operate to and from. Easy access to heart of Venice by train for a few Euros and many trains per hour. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff offering a bag store too if your schedule requires it (ours didn't). "
