The villa is very comfortable, characterized by a large garden, a large gazebo in the oriental style that allows you to dine al fresco under very suggestive. The outside of the villa is full of green spaces to relax at any time of the day. The villa is suitable for families with two or three children as it features five beds. For a family with children it is ideal as there are ample space to move around and play. Access to the beach by only a short walk away, in practice the entrance to the beach is about 5 meters. The outdoor spaces of the villa you can hear the sound of the waves is unique about the stay. Walk over to the beach, it is easily accessible also has a restaurant, a bar and a mini market for shopping. So you can also forget about the car for the duration of your stay!

Amazing and super host!
We loved our stay at Villa Oasi and are tempted to not tell anyone about it so we can keep it to ourselves. It has a gorgeous, private garden, nicely furnished, spacious house (non of the regular plywood furniture from the 70s that smells of mold, encountered way too often), well appointed kitchen, and an a/c. You open the gate and you enter your own little walled-in paradise with a lawn, flowers everywhere, mint, basil, olive tree, BBQ, enormous table, a huge tree-root of a chair perfect for gazing at the stars. And it's on the beach really, but as the entire Kartibubbo area is walled in, you have to walk a whole minute before your feet are in the water. The water is crystal clear, colder than Trapani, Palermo and the islands, and there are frequently waves. The beach is long, sandy and clean. The Kartibubbo resort is an eyesore unfortunately, but it has a market, bar and pool within walking distance - everything else you have to drive to. Villa Oasi is one of several small villas that are on the beach side of the resort. Each is walled in and private, but they are quite close to each other. The proximity did not bother us though - really quiet when we were there. As for the closest towns: Granitola is great, Tre Fontane not so much, Mazara (25 min away) fantastic - and the people are so nice and helpful. And Loris is the nicest, most helpful of them all. We had two small utilities issues - solved super quickly (and that is not necessarily easy in Sicily as far as I know), any request responded to immediately, staying on the phone to give directions wherever we were going, coming within 15 minutes when we locked ourselves out of the house, and giving us a HUGE basket of condiments and wine upon our departure! Two things to note: another review mentioned mosquitoes - and there are mosquitoes, but in my opinion not more than in Cannes or the Norwegian countryside for example. We got a mosquito net and some repellant (plug-ins and spray) and it was not a problem and they only came out at dusk. The place consists of three separate units, with their own garden areas. The other two were not completed yet when we were there, but when they are, I expect it will also be perfect for bigger groups also. So in conclusion of this essay of a review- could not recommend this place more!

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Villa Oasi la prima settimana di Settembre, trovando una splendida accoglienza. La villetta dispone di un piccolo giardino incantevole, come si evince già dalle foto, la casa è spaziosa e molto confortevole, dispone anche di un terrazzo da cui si gode di una bellissima vista sul mare che, a proposito, è veramente oltre il cancelletto (non più di 30 passi), la posizione è di grande comodità. Possibilità di usufruire del Villaggio Kartibubbo, in cui la villa è inserita, acquistando la relativa tessere Club. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana, all'insegna del comfort, del relax e della comodità. Il gentile proprietario molto disponibile oltre che discreto, ci ha fatti sentire come se fossimo in casa nostra. Consigliamo questo bellissimo soggiorno.

Casa molto spaziosa e con spazi esterni stupendi, bagno spazioso e comodo. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Da rivedere lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Non dipende dal proprietario, ma nelle immediate vicinanze non ci sono servizi fondamentali, bisogna muoversi in auto per qualsiasi necessità.

Un séjour les pieds dans l'eau
Accueil très sympathique de Loris a disposition en cas de problème. La maison et le jardin sont encore mieux que sur les photos avec en bonus une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur toute la baie. Magnifique. Résidence excentrée des zones touristiques tout en restant proche en voiture. Intérêt une plage paradisiaque avec peu de personnes! Idéal pour les vacances! S il y avait un défaut ce serait peut être qu il n y avait pas suffisamment de couverts et de verres. Pour le reste PARFAIT

Great vacation but house could be better
We had a great vacation in Sicily, but definitely have some comments to make about the house. - the photos given on homeaway (especially outside, the garden) should be updated - garden furniture is uncomfortable and damaged (there are no pillows as stated in another review) - house was smelly and not very clean when we arrived Loris is a good host. We were missing proper towels to shower and wine glasses, which he came to bring when we asked. Also the location is great, nice places to visit within 1 hour by car. The beach is a bit dirty, as written in another review, but we experienced the entire island to be quite dirty. We stayed here in May (early season) but still the entire property seems to be deserted. The market and restaurant were completely shut down, and there are many unfinished restorations in the area. If you like a very quiet atmosphere, this is a good place to stay. Beds are good, kitchen is old/basic but has everything you need.

Viel Potenzial - wenig genutzt
Der Vermieter Loris ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Domizils ist super - wirklich einen Steinwurf vom traumhaften Sandstrand entfernt. Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können, das Bad ist eher eine Zumutung. Man will das Duschen einfach schnell hinter sich bringen, da das Wasser sonst aus der Dusche läuft und der Abfluss verstopft. Die Anlage ist auch sehr lieblos, wie vieles in dieser Ecke Siziliens.

Sehr schöner Ferienaufenthalt, Ausstattung des Ferienhauses könnte verbessert werden.
Wir haben die ersten beiden Septemberwochen 2018 in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Eine Hausübergabe im Sinne einer Wohnungsbegehung fand weder bei An- noch bei Abreise statt. Vermisst haben wir eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Informationen (Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Öl, Wein, Fisch,.., worauf ist bei dem Haus zu achten (z.B. Müllentsorgung), attraktive Ausflugsziele im Umland etc.). Loris hat uns das bei Ankunft teilweise mündlich im Schnelldurchgang mitgeteilt, aber da ging natürlich viel verloren. Der kleine Supermarkt auf dem Gelände war noch geöffnet, aber bereits im Abverkauf. Zum Einkaufen und Essengehen sind wir fast immer nach Mazara gefahren. Mazara insgesamt ist sehr nett, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Fischhalle am Hafenkanal! Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, Strand ebenso wie das Meer waren weitgehend sauber und somit in Ordnung. Entgegen einer anderen Bewertung ist das Grundstück vollständig durch Hecken und Zäune gegen die angrenzenden Grundstücke abgeteilt, der einzige Zugang erfolgt über die abschließbare Gartentür. Die Mücken waren morgens und in der Abenddämmerung ein Problem, nachts im Schlafzimmer nicht, wirklich geholfen hat uns nur Autan. Die Ausstattung des Hauses insgesamt sollte verbessert werden: die Küchenausstattung ist auf schlechtem Niveau (uralte Pfannen und Töpfe, zusammenstoppelte Gläser, stumpfe Küchenmesser etc.), der Herd ist defekt, für das Mobilar im Außenbereich fehlen überall Polster, der Hängesessel ist defekt, das Sofa ist mittlerweile mit einem Laken abgedeckt, usw....). WLAN und deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht, das wussten wir vorher, ist aber m.E. nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Insgesamt ein ausgesprochen schönes Ferienhaus einschließlich Terrasse und Garten in einer netten, wenn auch abgelegenen Ferienanlage. Wir waren gerne dort und haben uns sehr gut erholt, bei besserer Ausstattung hätten wir Maximalpunktzahl vergeben.

Ottima posizione, ottima sistemazione: con tutto l'essenziale e anche di più, perfetta per una famiglia con bambini: spiaggia fuori dalla porta, spazi verdi, ottimo contesto. Il proprietario Loris disponibilissimo e discreto. La zona è selvaggia quanto basta per godere della natura siciliana ma anche dei suoi luoghi turistici. Da rifare!

excellentes vacances au bord de mer, près des ruines
Superbe maison et jardin. Très belle plage face à la maison. Tout était parfait, sauf: - le lave-vaisselle inutilisable en mode lavage, car il fait sauter les plombs du réfrigérateur. Aucune réparation faite par le propriétaire. - matelas du lit double trop mou - pas de parking privé devant la maison - barrière à l'entrée du lotissement régulièrement fermée. Il a fallu se battre avec le propriétaire pour réussir à récupérer la clé le dernier jour, avant de prendre l'avion! Sinon villa magnifique, emplacement central pour visiter tout l'Ouest de la Sicile (de Céfalu à Agrigente).

Zeit 2018, 23.06. - 14.07. Der Vermieter war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Loris hat uns am Sonntagmorgen, trotz später Ankunft um 1.30h, in Toretta, abgeholt und uns zur Villa im Kartibubbo Beach Resort gelotst. Kurze Einweisung, Schlüssel Übergabe...und Tschüß. Strand: Links und Rechts vom Hotelstrand verschmutzt. Hunde, die dort frei herumliefen, haben gern ihr „Geschäft“ im Sand oder auch im Wasser verrichtet.Am Wochenende haben die Wochenend Strandbesucher den Strand mit mitgebrachten BBQ Plastik (Teller, Becher, Flaschen) und anderem Abfall zugemüllt.Hunde haben den Müll auseinander genommen und verteilt. Meer: Wasser im Meer in dieser Zeit noch zu kalt zum Baden aber schön sauber. Strand, Wassertiefe ideal für Kleinkinder. Temporär viel Wind und wolkig. Tendenz zum Juli besser! Villa: Grundstück war ungepflegt. Rasen, Büsche nicht geschnitten. Grill und Zubehör waren verrostet, verschmutz und unbrauchbar. Ein Teil der Villa war "zugemauert". Außen Dusche etc. also nicht zugänglich. Villa und Grundstück nicht wie auf den Fotos von Fewo-direkt zu sehen war. Einrichtungen in der Villa sehr schön. Tolle Bilder an den weißen, sauberen Wänden. Dunkle rustikale Möbel im Kolonialstil vor der Tür und innen. Kein schwedisches Kunststoffmobiliar (-; Leider gab es nicht 1 Sitzpolster zu den schönen hölzernen Sitzen. Weder draußen noch drinnen. Zwei Sonnenliegen hatten wir auch vermisst und wären schön gewesen, denn auf der Villa (Dach) ist eine große Terrasse. Bad: ist geräumig, Dusche klein aber o.k., deren Abfluss aber temporär verstopft ist und keinen Geruchsverschluss hat. Deshalb verströmt ein bestialischer Gestank die Villa. Hauptsächlich morgens, wenn alle Menschen im Kartibubbo Beach Resort auf dem WC waren. Kanalisation ist dann dicht. Der Kanal schafft diese Massen nicht. Kläranlage ist gleich um die Ecke, gegenüber dem Zugang zum steinwurfweitem Strand.Durch die Duschflügeltüren strömt durch die Spalten beim Duschen unweigerlich Wasser und der Bad Boden ist entsprechend bewässert…immer. Schlafzimmer: gut, geräumig. Bett ist bequem. 200x200 weiche Matratze mit Lattenrost. Keine quietschenden Federn! 2 große Schränke für viele Bekleidung incl. vielen Bügeln. Kinderzimmer: sehr schön aber temporär starker Gestank nach Exkrementen. Waschmaschine neuwertig und intakt. Wohnzimmer: geräumig, hat eine bequeme Couch und ist zur Küche offen. Fernseher funktioniert, mit leider blechernen Klang. Empfang teilweise sehr gestört. Während der Fußball WM 20

Superbe location !! Nous reviendrons au plus vite et toujours au printemps c'est tellement beau !
Très belle location à proximité immédiate (1er ligne) de la plage dans un lieu calme et préservé. Le bruit des vagues toute la journée... Une situation idéale pour visiter tout l'ouest de la sicile. Un peu de vaisselle supplémentaire serait un plus (pas de verres à vin...) mais reste de l'ordre du détail. C'est vraiment un superbe endroit. On reviendra.

Rundum wohl gefühlt
Wir haben die ersten beiden Juni-Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war super erholsam und ruhig. Das Haus und die Einrichtung bietet alles was man für einen Wohlfühlurlaub braucht. Besonders schön ist der riesengroße Tisch mit Bänken und einem "Königsstuhl" auf der überdachten Terrasse. Um diese Zeit ist es noch super ruhig in diesem Bereich Siziliens - so dass wir den Strand fast alleine für uns genießen konnten. Sehr kurzer Weg zum langgezogenen Sandstrand mit einem gigantischen Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Leuchtturm. Der Vermieter Loris ist super nett und hilfsbereit - kleinere Mängel wie eine defekte Lampe wurden sofort behoben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in deinem Haus Loris. Prima plek voor een strandvakantie
De vakantiewoning is compleet. Het is een heel fijn huis direct aan een zandstrand gelegen. Je moet wel een huurauto hebben want het huis ligt vrij afgelegen van de grote winkelgebieden. Er zijn veel muggen dus voor baby's moet je een muggennet bij je hebben. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en kan prima Engels praten dus als er iets is dan reageert hij vrij snel. Enige nadeel is dat er geen WiFi in de woning is.

Nice, clean villa in a wonderfull and relaxed setting.
We have a very nice time with our 2 kids in the last week of April. Nice area and lots of interesting places to visit like Erice,Trapani and Palermo. The villa was amazing, we have a private beach in our garden ( Seems like..) Loris, the owner of the villa, is very helpfull.

Wunderschöner Garten, direkt am Meer ideal für Familien
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, es ist alles da was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt in einer abseits gelegenen Ferienanlage mit kleinen, schönen Häusern. Wir waren nach der Hauptsaison da und die Anlage war fast leer, daher war es sehr ruhig. In der Saison gibt es auch einen Marktplatz und kleine Läden auf dem Gelände, wir brauchten ein Auto um zum Supermarkt zu fahren da alles geschlossen hatte (Ende September) Besonders toll ist der riesige Außenbereich mit großem, überdachtem Tisch, vielen gemütlichen Sitzbereichen und ein wunderschöner Garten. Wir hatten den Garten für uns alleine, er grenzt aber an das Nachbarhaus an und wenn dieses auch belegt ist muss man ihn eventuell teilen. Ideal für zwei Familien wenn man beide Häuser mietet! Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer mit schönem Strand. Was man wissen sollte: es gibt viele Moskitos! Am besten ein Moskitonetz mitnehmen, Haken über dem Bett ist vorhanden :) gerade mit Baby wäre das entspannter gewesen. Die Villa befindet sich wirklich nah am Strand und ist sehr gepflegt. Geeignet vor allem für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Unser Urlaub war super.
