We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

It is made up of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, a small double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The strong point of this apartment is its large outdoor spaces and the comforts it offers, where you can finally change your pace by relaxing on the equipped porch overlooking the large private garden, with an outdoor grill for outdoor dining, or the outdoor shower perfect for your return from the sea.
The 4 bicycles made available to guests, given the proximity to the center and its connection via a purely flat road, are the icing on the cake!
