Apartment No. 5 is larger and spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people, where you will be pampered by rustic Tuscan-style environments, terracotta floors, exposed arches, solid wood furniture.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with large built-in kitchen and double sofa bed, on the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a large bathroom with tub/shower. Wide open spaces, including an equipped loggia on the ground floor and a habitable terrace on the first floor.

Services inside the apartment:

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
