A stone's throw from the sea

Apartment located in the main street of Marina di Campo and within the pedestrian area where all the main services are located such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. The large sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk away and is partly free and partly equipped. Marina di Campo is one of the most famous places on the island of Elba, convenient for reaching the other places and beaches on the island. The property is located in a limited traffic area but you can arrive for loading/unloading of luggage on the seafront about 100 m from the apartment.
The three-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift. Composed of living room, eat-in kitchen, hallway, double bedroom, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower cubicle. It has a balcony, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking space not available. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen not available. Possibility of a camping cot for a little baby on request.

Marina die Campo- apartment vacation bad experience
this was our most terrible apartment and our most horrible stay in a apartment, we ever had. 3400,00 € paid for 15 sleepless nights (because it is located in the most crowded pedestrain area of Marina the Campo). high volume music from the enoteca Arpaia starting with a horrible mix of different music styles at 11 am stopping at 2.00 am ) in an apartment which we not expected for that price level. (some of the dinnerware were needed to be cleaned before use), gas bottle of the kitchen was empty after one time cooking, needed to be changed) 6 of 7 doors could not be closed, because they were such a spoiled, windows very old (stil one layer glass) could´nt be closed because also spoiled. Washing machine could not be used, because it was so dirthy (powder chamber was dark moulded), shower drain was clogged (we bought adrain cleaner and cleaned it by ourself to get it drain properly for the further stay. Apartment can not be reached out by car. traffic limited area. Agency advised a public free of charge car park,nearby No luck to get a slot there, ending in an additonal cost of 210,00 € parking fee for the stay. heavy luggage needed to be carried through the very crowdy town when we arrived, finally to carry it to the 2nd floor located apartment (38 stairs, no lift there!) For all that paid 3400,00 €! Complaint to the agency were not succesful. They advised to their clear (?!) decription on their website.Unluckly we found something else in the reality. Never again for us!!
