"An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. "We absolutely loved staying at Adler! I'd definitely return for a visit someday. The spa was fabulous, the service was wonderful, everyone was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with the aesthetic, cleanliness, and overall service. If you're looking for an accessible and luxurious place to stay- walking distances from the lifts, this is it. "

Great Chalet within walking distance to ski resort

"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

Would most definitely stay again

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
