"Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "

"We booked a room at this location. The hotel was actually closed for the season and they rebooked us at a different hotel a few miles awhile- hotel Bellevue. The staff was unfriendly and we did not feel welcome there. Breakfast was a buffet, which is great but once the food ran out, they did not refill."

"This place was very quaint! The beds and the room was very cute - we had a balcony that overlooked the town and the mountains. The staff was very friendly, offered to have dinner each night if we wanted for 20EU it was a 4 course dinner. We didnt' have dinner, but it might have been good. The continental breakfast was fabulous! We made our own carrot/apple juice, the staff made us scrambled eggs to order and many different options (even gluten free for my friend).
