I travel a lot and read reviews to chose a hotel . I wish someone had written the truth about this hotel, it’s definitely not a 4 stars maybe a 2 stars . Nice pool but that’s about it . Understaffed nobody to help w luggage no restaurant open for dinner in an area not walkable w no restaurants . No room service and very basic rooms with no comfort . Nothing matches the description but the pool and it’s a hotel strategically located for a one night before an international flight . Terrible choice .

Gorgeous but Old hotel with Awesome Views
Awesome hotel. Close to highway, but quiet. Fabulous pool and other recreation facilities. Good beds. Hotel itself is quite old and I hope it could get renovated someday. Difficult to find sockets for charging your electronic devices, especially when you need multiple ones. Floors are kind of dirty.

The hotel has very nice quality of buffet breakfast, really enjoyed it. Conveniently located between city center and freeway (closer to freeway), which gives you the convenience of accessing both. The rooms are old, and a bit dusty on the floor, and has only few sockets usable. Only one chair at my room, which I wonder where should another person be sitting at?

We were very disappointed during our short stay in this hotel. We only stayed there for a few hours to rest prior our flight from Viracopos airport, however the stay ended up being not restful at all since there was a loud party happening at the hotel. Guests could hear the loud music even with the windows completely closed!! We talked to the reception asking if they could at least try to turn down the volume, but the staff simply stated that "it is as it is" as it's a "company party". For that high price, we'd highly suggest everyone to book at other reliable hotel chains. Also, the room amenities was very limited and the bathroom floors looked dirty and unclean. Plus, if needed, transportation is extremely expensive. Just to go to the airport by taxi, it will cost you about 100 reais and not many uber drivers will accept the drive due to the extra toll fees. So be extremely aware! Overall, definitely not worth the stay!!

Preco alto e qualidade la embaixo.
Preço cada vez mais alto e qualidade cada vez mais baixa. Atendimento na piscina péssimo,equipe despreparada, comida com legumes duros e file mignon torrado e seco. Cafe na manhã é servido de acordo com a quantidade de hospedes, fui tomar cafe na sexta dia 15/11 e faltava muitos itens, no sabado melhorou. O hotel tem por obrigação de servir o café "padrão" independente da quantidade de hospedes que tem. O hotel cobrar 18 reais de diaria de estacionamento é piada...acredito que isso tem que ser revisto, pois nao faz sentido

hotel bom , mas precisa melhorar atendimento
não me permitiram fica nem uma hora a mais me obrigando a sair ao meio dia . estavam com uma convenção e queriam praticamente explulsar os hospedes, sem nenhuma cordialidade . nao custava atrasar meia hora ... falta de sensibilidade .... alem disso na saida cobraram estac.fato esse em que nenhum momento foi avisado , nem no checkin nem com placas auto informativas . o valor poderia ser o que quisessem ja que não havia infirmação .
