Best service ever. The entire staff, including cleaning staff, restaurant, front desk, anyone you may run into in the hotel, are very well trained to be polite, efficient, try to go above an beyond to have the guest’s needs taken care of. I was really impressed. Anywhere, anytime.

Razoável Pelo padrão e preço do hotel, deveria ser bem melhor. O banheiro estava com vazamento, a comida muito ruim, carnes duras e queirmadas, comidas quase todas sem tempero, pratos no réchaud frios, queijos e frios de baixa qualidade. Os maleteiros (eram3), nenhum se mexia, atrasaram ao trazer minhas malas na saída, precisei ir no guarda malas atrás deles. Vieram trazer 2 malas em dois ( desnecessario)

Conheço o hotel há decadas. Triste ver que o que esta faltando é treinamento dos funcionarios e melhor controle de qualidade nos alimentos. A comida é muito ruim (especialmente se considerarmos o preço da diária). Hotel está antigo. Quartos e principalmente banheiros antigos. Área externa (especialmente piscinas) é boa, mas o serviço da piscina é muito demorado (assistentes são simpáticos e solícitos, mas em número muito pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes). Em resumo: preço desproporcionalomente caro para que o hotel oferece - há opções muito melhores no interior de São Paulo.

Já me hospedei neste hotel diversas vezes e como sempre muito satisfatório, o único grande problema é a empresa que cuida do estacionamento, serviço terceirizado executado por pessoas sem experiencia nenhuma, Mais de 40 minutos aguardando meu carro, manobristas completamente perdidos… Sem sistema para atendimento e não liberaram a cancela da saida… Enfim…tudo que relaxamos no hotel vira stress na saída com o péssimo serviço do estacionamento

Razoável 1- meu filho de 8 anos estava assinando compras no restaurante ex: sorvetes ,sem minha autorização!!!!!! Mesmo eu tendo avisado ,anteriormente, que nao estava de acordo!!!!! 2- o servico do almoco , restaurante principal, um horror! Nao vou dar nomes, mas precisei chamar o responsável e pedir suco para meu filho de laranja ( disseram q nao tinha e apos apareceu) E 2 ovos fritos que havia pedido ha 30 min e nada
