Lugar tranquilo com lazer completo
Imóvel de acordo com as fotos do anúncio. O flat é tranquilo e tem opções de lazer pra quem vai com criança também (salão de jogos, brinquedoteca e playground). Fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro do centro. Uma informação que deixo é que o imóvel não possui roupa de cama e banho, mas pode ser alugado direto no flat.

Estivemos no Flat do Ricardo do dia 09 ao dia 12/08. O Flat é muito bonito, conforme as fotos mostram, bem cuidado, assim como o apartamento, que acomoda com conforto 4 pessoas. Além da limpeza e conservação do imóvel, destaco os colchões confortáveis e a ótima ducha no banheiro, com aquecimento central, itens que para mim são fundamentais para uma boa estadia. O proprietário Ricardo foi muito atencioso conosco, assim como os funcionários do Flat.Excelente estadia, voltarei com certeza.

Imóvel bem cuidado, bem equipado, como visto nas fotos. Hotel com boas instalações, limpo, equipamentos em boas condições de uso, não é luxuoso, a piscina é fria, mas para quem não faz questão disso, o custo benefício é excelente. Sem contar que os funcionários do hotel estão de parabéns pela cordialidade e pelo ótimo serviço prestado.

Amamos foi 4 dias maravilhosos.
Flat agradável de mas aconchegante . fomos em 4 adultos e nos viram os muito bem. A limpeza feita sempre bom de dormi e quando se acorda se esculta só o barulho e sente o cheirinho da mata. Infelismente não podemos usar e usufruir da piscina pois choveu nos 4 dias mas fomos a cidade taxi super fácil. E no próprio local tem LAN hause academia sala de jogos lanchonete restaurante então se desejar não sair não passará sufoco. Agradeço a todos de lá por todo carinho e maneira como nos trataram . showwww Ricardo TB sem palavras grata mesmo.

Estive no último final de semana de outubro e foi tudo maravilhoso, recomendo! O proprietário é muito atencioso e prestativo. O local é melhor que nas fotos. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes...meus filhos gostaram muito, tudo muito limpo e organizado, nada a reclamar!! Localização ótima também..e sossego para dormir... Só como dica...levar fósforo caso precisar cozinhar..me pegou de surpresa...mas isso é de menos...Simplesmente nota 10!
