Pegamos o quarto 607, 1 - nao tinha internet 2 - ar condicionado, mau posicionado na minha opiniao e com funcionamento ruim e muito barulhento. 3 - informacao do problema internet nao falado de imediato pela recepcao 4 - solicitado travesseiro , tivemos q ir ate a recepcao retirar , pois, a recepcao disse q iria entregar e nao o fez. Infelizmente uma noite horrivel ao inves de descansar.

Talvez pela localização do quarto , muito perto do elevador , houve barulho durante à noite. O ar condicionado não tinha as abas para desviar o ar , então vinha direto sobre a cama. Achei as toalhas velhas e de baixa qualidade . Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã razoável. Boa localização. Bom preço .

Estive na cidade a trabalho , chegando no quarto me deram um quarto PCD onde todo o quarto era adaptado para isso, causando um risco enorme de acidente pra uma pessoa sem deficiência pois não tinha box no banheiro causando assim uma quantidade absurda de água quando ligava o chuveiro . Tivemos um acidente inclusive no quarto que graças a Deus não tão grave , minha amiga levou um tombo no banheiro por estar todo molhado pela falta do box . Quando foi o check in solicitei ap hotel para mudar de quarto alertando sobre o risco mas me responderam que foi o aplicativo Hotels. Com que solicitou esse quarto e que não haveria outro . Então fomos obrigada a ficar lá .
