A casa Ć© ampla, limpa, tem de tudo e Ć© completamente fiel ao anĆŗncio. A paisagem da natureza, Ć© linda tambĆ©m... Eu, minha famĆ­lia e amigos, amamos a estadia. A casa Ć© interessante, tem bastante espaƧo para lazer como mostra o anĆŗncio O local abriga uma famĆ­lia de caseiros que moram no mesmo espaƧo e nĆ£o havia qualquer divisĆ£o ou restriĆ§Ć£o de acesso que estava alugando. Isso gerou um certo desconforto e constrangimento, pois nĆ£o esperava alugar um ambiente ā€œcompartilhadoā€ Um fato que nos chateou foi que o caseiro usar do portĆ£o eletrĆ“nico (principal) para sair com seu carro, isso causou barulhos e a saĆ­da do meu cachorro para rua e tivemos que sair desesperados para buscĆ”-lo tirando a tranquilidade que almejĆ”vamos nessa estadia. JĆ” aluguei outras casas aqui no Vrbo, mas confesso que foi minha primeira experiĆŖncia ruim neste sentido. Acho que vale a atenĆ§Ć£o dos anfitriƵes para que nĆ£o cause a mesma insatisfaĆ§Ć£o dos prĆ³ximos hĆ³spedes. ā€ØSem mais

Casa bonita, quartos bons, banheiros em nĆŗmero ideal, ambiente agradĆ”vel prĆ³ximo Ć  um mercado, alĆ©m da paisagem ser Ć³tima. Pontos negativos foram, nĆ£o ter guarda sol na Ć”rea da piscina(para alguns pode ser incĆ“modo)e um chuveiro nos quartos e a sauna nĆ£o estavam funcionando e um dia choveu e a piscina nĆ£o foi limpa ficando cheia de folhas. Apesar disso gostamos muito do local e indico Ć  outras pessoas. A experiĆŖncia foi gratificante.

Aluguei com um grupo de amigos para o final de semana, e toda a experiencia desde a chegada, atĆ© o uso do imĆ³vel foram muito bons. ImĆ³vel limpo, com varios banheiros, uma Ć³tima churrasqueira e piscina, sauna muito boa, e o local em si Ć© muito bonito. O contato com a proprietĆ”ria foi sempre muito rĆ”pido e a mesma muito solicita. NĆ£o tivemos nenhum problema.

TelevisĆ£o da sala (pĆ©ssima tranissao),com um filho pequeno !!!! Dizendo ter todos utensĆ­lios???! Mentira!!! Faltou microondas liquidificador batedeira problema na descarga ƚnica coisa melhor ... Saimos muito satisfeitos com a casa, estavamos em 14 pessoas. Sei que algumas avaliaƧƵes abaixo nĆ£o sĆ£o boas mas faƧo a propaganda de que os problemas foram corrigidos, nĆ£o temos nada do que reclamar, 4 suĆ­tes com chuveiro quente, 2 geladeiras e fogĆ£o muito bons, churrasqueira, piscina show de bola, vista linda! Com certeza voltaremos, carta na manga para ir sempre que possĆ­vel. Recomendo!

Alguns aborrecimentos
ImĆ³vel grande, com uma bela vista porĆ©m com vĆ”rios problemas. Fomos em 4 casais com crianƧas. Duas suĆ­tes estavam com chuveiros sem funcionar, e as outras duas estavam c chuveiro morno para frio, fora que a chave caia a cada 3 minutos de banho. Estava um frio absurdo nesse final de semana e isso nĆ£o poderia ter acontecido. InaceitĆ”vel ainda mais com quem tem crianƧas. Ter que sair de um quarto pra usar o de outro casal para tomar banho e sair no frio. Geladeira nĆ£o gelava, caseiro teve que ir duas x lĆ” ligar e desligar o desjuntor para funcionar. Microondas nĆ£o liga. E fogĆ£o mega ruim, se quiser ferver Ć”gua tinha que comeƧar 2 horas antes de tĆ£o fraco , 5 bocas e funcionava 2 e bem ruim. Isabel , proprietĆ”ria, foi contatada vĆ”rias vezes e apenas dizia que as coisas funcionavam e nĆ£o acreditava. NĆ£o me deu a mĆ­nima atenĆ§Ć£o quanto a isso e nem se preocupou em perguntar se alguĆ©m foi lĆ” para resolver. Chamei o caseiro e mostrei , o mesmo disse que um eletricista chegaria lĆ” e nĆ£o foi. E concordou que esses itens nĆ£o estavam funcionando.

Alguns Aborrecimentos
A casa Ć© grande e bonita, piscina maravilhosa, porĆ©m os quartos separados nĆ£o foram propĆ­cios, pois temos crianƧas pequenas. Alguns colchƵes de dormir nĆ£o tinham condiƧƵes, um tinha atĆ© pinos , que eu acredito que fosse para tratamento de coluna, porĆ©m o problema maior foi o caseiro, que abandonou a casa logo no primeiro dia em que chegamos e contratempos que seriam obrigaƧƵes dele (ex: falta de energia em algumas ocasiƵes, lampada queimada), dentre outros, tiveram que ser solucionados por nĆ³s.
