We checked in, walked into the room and immediately felt the room was not clean, smaller than what you see in the pictures, there was hair around the toilet seat and around the bedroom. We literally entered the room and left within 5 minutes. I do not recommend. There was no hand soap, no shampoo, no body soap, nothing… I was only meant to stay for one night, and I didn’t know nothing is provided either. This place isn’t to a “hotel’s” standard, it should be referred to as a motel.

Estava tudo ótimo e perfeito até chegar ao café da manhã Estava tudo delicioso mas como na noite anterior tivemos um evento que se estendeu até a madrugada, chegos no salão do cafe 9:30 Confraternizando e conversando com a familia qud a tempos não víamos o ambiente Estava aconchegante e agradável De repente chegou um garçom dizendo para se servir do qje quisesse que às 10 hs seriam.retirados os bifês. E foi o que aconteceu. Foi.muito desagradável pois pessoas chegando para o desjejum e os balcões vazios. Me senti mal por eles. Pedi para falar com a gerente e a mesma não se manifestou. Então que fechem a porta do salão para que ninguém mais entre e deixem os hóspedes que já estavam ali tomar seu café em.paz!

Estadua maravilhosa ao lado de Atibaia!
O hotel tem boas instalações, camas confortáveis e roupa de cama de qualidade. O café da manhã é variado e a área de lazer é uma ótima opção para as horas vagas. A piscina sempre com uma temperatura agradável e agora tem até churrasqueira! A equipe é sempre muito gentil e prestativa.
