"Incredible.. no other words to describe this property! The food, the staff, the location.. nothing short of perfect!"

"Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"Beautifully rustic and out of the way. Wonderful hosts, large updated room with a double shower. Breakfast just OK. Must have a car. Nearest restaurants 15-20 min. away."

"We had the most wonderful time at this charming Tuscan apartment. The space was spacious, comfortable, and located just above the hosts' home, giving it a cozy yet private feel. "Abseits des Trubels etwas Ruhe geniessen und dennoch nicht weit vom Meer zu sein, das bekommt man hier. Der Kontakt ist äusserst nett und freundlich. Was ins Auge sticht ist die Sauberkeit. Für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich sehr positiv. Die kleine Küche ist funktional mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Induktionsherd. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ruhig."

Das liebevoll eingerichtete und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattete, typische toskanische kleine Ferienhaus incl. großem beheizten Pool findet man, umgeben von Weinstöcken und Olivenhainen, nachdem man eine insgesamt ca. 5 Km lange asphaltierte- danach Schotterstrecke fährt, abseits gelegen in den Bergen.
