"Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. "Ottima soluzione per chi ama la tranquillità. Propietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Se il navigatore vi porta su una strada sterrata per arrivare prendetela solo se non ha piovuto nei giorni precedenti. Considerate che si arriva tranquillamente tramite strada asfaltata a poche centinaia di metri ma a volte il navigatore vi segnala come prima scelta la sterrata che va bene solo se non c'è fango. Tornerò sicuramente se ritorno in zona."

"Non posso dire nulla in quanto appena arrivato non aveva la camera sostenendo che non aveva nessuna prenotazione, quando invece sul sito la dava disponibile ed avevo anche pagato. Secondo me qualcuno ha "comprato" tutte le camere per cui non aveva considerato la mia visto che aveva un prezzo conveniente. Per fortuna hotel.com ha risolto trovandomi una sistemazione migliore. "The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."
