Wonderful home away from home across the pond
We had close family friends come over from England for a 9-day visit, and this lovely home was a fantastic base for overflow visitors. Proximity to town and the light rail made driving unnecessary, and the home was equipped with every comfort you could want. Wonderful experience and will recommend this property again!

We loved everything about this little duplex! The location was amazing and we walked everywhere! The house is well-appointed, the yard is gorgeous, and the Farmers Market was the best we've ever attended and we go to many! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Campbell Retreat
This is a perfect spot for out of town guests, offering historical charm right in downtown Campbell. Everything we needed was provided and our hosts responded immediately when we had questions. Home is quiet and comfortable while being just a block from downtown. I hope I’ll be able to share this home with my guests again in the future.

Perfect spot for our stay!
We stayed here while visiting family who live close by. It was a perfect spot to host a small gathering for a family dinner, along with a couple dogs since the place is very pet-friendly. The owners were wonderfully helpful and communicative, and laid back. The location is just perfect, unbelievably close to downtown Campbell. And the backyard is just a beautiful gem - the tilework must've taken years! We absolutely loved everything about this spot and we plan on trying to stay there every time we come back to visit family!

Great stay!
Well maintained property with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped. The only challenge is that there were only 3 mugs- (I didn’t ask for more) Garden is beautiful and it truly felt like home for the week. Would definitely stay again.

Walkable location
This was the perfect house for a stay in Campbell for my nephew’s graduation. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. I was within walking distance to Starbucks and downtown. The farmer’s market was fun. A nice central location. The beds were soft and comfortable. I loved the yard and gardens in the back. Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Wonderful Stay!!!
Thank you, Cynthia! Your house is lovely. Everything we needed was right here. Comfortable beds. My wife really enjoyed the king size bed. The kitchen was set up well with all the essentials; coffee, creamers, assortment of sweeteners, cooking essentials, and condiments. We had some friends over and enjoyed the backyard courtyard for socializing. AND so close to everything Campbell has to offer, Friday night was hopping, and Sunday morning farmers market, shops, and restaurants were all a block away. We'll stay here again on our next visit. Thank you again!

Excellent Home Base
My husband and toddler spent 5 nights at this property in March. I was impressed with the organization; check-in to check-out was seamless. The home is bright, well equipped (there are even a few toys and children's books!) and perfectly located to everything Campbell has to offer. Cynthia and Glen were super responsive, even dropping off a high chair on our first evening and promptly addressing concerns. It is worth mentioning that this is a duplex property. I was overly cautious about the noise level of my toddler, especially early in the morning but that concern really encouraged us to get up and moving out of the house early in the morning. Overall we had a great stay! After living in the Campbell area for years we often return to visit friends and family. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to our friends and family as well!

Super cute, but noise issues and HIGH fees
This rental had a lot of pluses--it was ADORABLE, clean, beautifully kitted out, fully functional kitchen stocked with condiments and an emergency spaghetti dinner--in a GREAT location within easy walking distance of downtown Campbell, with many shops and restaurants. But...the noise transfer through the floors when a family with 3 young kids stayed in the other half of the house woke up my travel companion. She thought the kids were IN her room! (which was the master that shared a wall). I woke up, too, thinking there were squirrels on the roof. The next night after they left were much quieter. Another but...the master bed was very comfortable (or so she told me; I didn't try it), but I had a twin bed in the "kids" room--and those mattresses were hard and AWFUL. I always bring a piece of yoga mat with me to cushion my hips if this happens, but I did tell the owner's husband, who was cleaning next door, and ask for a mattress topper cushion. "We might just go shopping!" he said, helpfully. But, they didn't. Finally, I thought the FEES were WAY too high. A refundable security deposit--okay. But, ALSO a mandatory insurance policy for a 2 night stay? AND a high fee for cleaning--when that has since been reduced? Not cool. I really felt like I'd been shaken down.

My family had a wonderful stay. The location to downtown Campbell cannot be overstated, and we enjoyed multiple walks into town. The beds were comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean -- on top of the old school charm. Highly recommend!

Great Stay, Perfect Location
We stayed for 4 nights while visiting the Bay Area. The location is excellent - just a block from Campbell downtown where you will find the famous Manresa bakery and other cafes and restaurants, plus very close to the Campbell Farmer's market and the Campbell Park with miles of trails. The neighborhood is quiet at night and felt quite safe.The kitchen is fully equipped, but the counter-space is small if you are planning to cook extensively. Part of the charm of a beautiful Victorian home! This is half of a duplex which means you will be sharing the front patio and the backyard with neighbors. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were always very responsive.

We stayed for 11 nights while visiting the Bay Area. The location is superb: we used the property as a home base while visiting family and friends locally, as well as day trips to Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and even the San Joaquin Valley. The Campbell Farmer's market is a foodie's dream, and just a block away. The neighborhood is usually quiet at night and felt quite safe.The house itself was a great place for us to call home, with a modern kitchen and the fun of a beautiful Victorian home. This is half of a duplex, but noise from the neighbors was never an issue. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were always very responsive.

Impact of the coronavirus
We love this property and have stayed there before but we were not able to take full advantage of our visit due to the coronavirus. Our reservation was for March 14-19, 2020 but due to the "lockdown" that went into effect in Santa Clara County on Tuesday, March 17 at 12:01 am, we left that same day (we were quite fortunate to get a flight out back to DC) so lost three days of our visit with family in the area. .

Great little Gem in Campbell
Very nice and quaint house with thoughtful amenities. It was very comfortable for us and out grown children. Super close to downtown Campbell which has a number of nice restaurants. The amenities at the house included bottled waters, coffee (and creamers), plus makings for pasta. Also included was a TV with both Netflix and Hulu. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
