The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"Good stay, we enjoyed it! Good things: very clean hotel, nice big & modern room with lots of different equipment included. Hotel staff helpful. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage.
