"The Villa is wonderfully located near great beaches. It was a central place for the places I wanted to visit in Sardegna. The house was very nice and Vanna was extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. The place was a bit hard to find at first, but overall I would stay here again."

"We recently stayed in this house and had an amazing experience. Cristina was super helpful during checkin and when we locked ourselves out 😬. The house is very large and has plenty of space. It has all of the kitchen amenities possible. We were only a family of four but it could accommodate many more if needed. "The house, grounds and pool are very nice. It is very close to beautiful beaches. However, there was a major ant infestation in the house, which hopefully, by now, has been addressed. The property manager was great and gave us ant spray but an exterminator was needed. Also, the owner did not mention in the listing that there is a vineyard/winery being build behind the house and loud noise started as early as 7am lasting until around 5pm. "The villa was not up to the standard I would expect at this price, the location was ok, but not good, very close to other villas, and if you like listening to parents screaming at their children in German all day then this is good for you. Very poor standard of decoration and fit, plumbing was substandard with a broken shower which we had to get fixed. Why it was not checked before we arrived I really don't understand. The decor is very poor, with numerous bits of wooden wall fittings hanging...

"From the moment we arrived to be greeted by our host they could not do enough for us. During the whole stay they were always there able to assist with any issues or concerns we may have had so so supportive. An arrival package of supplies from butter to milk to even wine awaited what a lovely touch. Perfect hosts in every way strongly recommend this property to future explorers with an excellent location the ideal package."

"The villa is lovely with a spacious and well-decorated living and dining area and 3 good bedrooms. The outside area around the pool is lovely and although we didn't use the barbeque the table by the pool would be ideal for barbeques. The introduction by Patrizia was excellent (and delicious) and she was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide local hints and tips."

"La posizione della casa è decentrata da Stintino. Non ci sono state comunicati tutti i costi indiretti dovuti a prenotazione spiaggia La Pelosa e i posteggi a pagamento che equivalgono a 15 / 20 euro al giorno. Le altre spiagge libere sono piene di alghe e quelle a pagamento sono intorno a 35 euro giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini. Non ci sono grossi supermercati nei dintorni."

"Overall the Camping is a good place to spend some days, there are several types of chalet being shaded by the surrounding pinewood, a swimming pool with clean public toilets and showers, basic facilities and recreational area.
