"We have thought hard about this review because the people that run the hotel are very nice people who are very welcoming. Despite the language barrier Ginette was great and spoke better English than we did French. However, the issues were with the room itself. When we entered the room it actually looked great with the bedroom being separate and up one flight of stairs but there was a damp musty smell that we thought may have just been from being closed. "This is a little gem if you don't mind driving to the major sites. Extremely clean, quiet, country location with a great view. 5 star customer service, the owner went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Great breakfast ready exactly when we ordered it. Bonus - fresh fruit and jam from the local garden. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, charming room decor. Secure with an automatic gate. Highly recommend it and plan to come back myself!"

"I travel a lot and have stayed in thousands of hotels, all very forgettable. You will never forget staying here though! Wonderful room with very nice bathroom on a memorable property. Very quiet and peaceful. Stephane and Karine are gracious hosts and I am thankful they have made their location available. Zero complaints and cannot recommend highly enough! The whole area is very beautiful so be sure to go for some walks in the country! "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"A lovely place. The man on the reception there (sorry I didn't catch his name) was so helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom looked new and was very spacious. There was a 2-headed very powerful shower and a huge sink. We enjoyed a drink from the bar when we came bath from our day out. We would definitely stay as it was such goof value and a really pleasant experience. "
