Peaceful and relaxing
The house was very clean and also easy to keep clean. Neighborhood was quiet and the creek was close and well maintained. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to Arizona

Clear Creek Refuge
Clear Creek Refuge was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. Located in an older rural neighborhood on the picturesque creek, it waa a good base of operations to branch out and do all the outdoor and cultural adventures Arizona has to offer. We had a lovely time!

Such a beautiful place for a reasonable price. Right on the creek, games for the kids to play, and for the adults! So many wonderful amenities I can’t wait to come back!! Even greater that this property is directly next door to my mom! We will be back!!

Girls Weekend
There were 3 of us that stayed for the weekend - just to get away and have some girl time. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It backed up to the creek - wish we could have enjoyed it more but our weather that weekend was a bit rainy. Easy access to town and hiking areas.

Camp Verde getaway
This property was just as described online. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but we did not have any issues. The location was perfect for the plans we had while in Arizona. We were able to get to most destinations in 2 hours or less.

What a perfect stay!
Oh my goodness! We had such a spectacular time here in Camp Verde! The house was everything it promised and so much more. So much space…super comfortable…everything we needed! They even left a little s’mores kit and the kids loved it! It was central to everything we wanted to see and it was situated back in a really cool neighborhood. The river behind the house was raging because of floods but was just beautiful! Oh, I hope we can come back sometime!

Great home base to explore Sedona and Jerome
The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the game room and creek. The bedding was very comfortable and the temperature in the house was perfect. Unfortunately the Backbone Wildfire kept us from using the first 4 nights of our stay and we were not able to receive a refund at the time of this posting. I would highly recommend this home for exploring nearby Jerome, Sedona and Clarkdale. The home's caretaker, Dee, was super helpful and informative. We greatly appreciated how caring she was towards our family.

Can I buy this house!?
This house, property, location is all perfect! It has everything you’d expect from a rental and so much more. This house comes with a 1/2 acre lot, playset, fire pit, view of the creek, corn hole, inner tubes, nets, fishing poles, and lots of big rocks crawling with little critters. The immediate creek access alone is worth the trip from Phoenix and it’s just 5 miles from the West Clear Creek trail with multiple swimming holes. I selfishly hope this property remains a rental for a long time so we can keep going back.

The property was relaxing and comfortable. We felt right at home with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, even to the dispensers in the showers with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! I’ve rented homes in AZ before and the amenities in this home were just like you’d expect in your own! And Dee, the property manager, was a delight to work with - amiable and responsive to all contacts from me about even the silliest questions I had. Worth the expense. Would definitely stay here again! To the owners…. You have a lovely home. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Kids wonderland
We had 4 kids and 3 adults. The rooms were comfortable and accomodations were just what we needed, better than advertised. The creek and lizards were the highlight of the trip for the kids. The location was just out of town to avoid the hussle but just close enough for wase of travel. We went to slide rock state park, Montezuma Castle, Montezuma Well, Yutigoot, and Out of Africa. The house location was convenient for traveling to all these locations without wasting time on the road.

Oasis for families with young kids
Our family enjoyed our recent stay. This is a best kept secret for families with young kids as there is literally something for everyone to enjoy. Indoors there’s plenty of space, board and card games and movies for the kids as well as a great shuffleboard which provided great entertainment for the family. The kitchen is also well stocked with anything one would need for any type of meal preparation. The home was also impeccably clean and neat. Outdoors is a backyard oasis with a playground (swing and slide set) for the kids and a huge outdoor space for all sorts of fun and games. There is also a BBQ grill, firepit, and outdoor patio seating that seats many people. The house is right next to a creek which provided hours of fun swimming and tubing. Tubes can be found in the shed along with supplies for fishing and other games. All and all this was a fantastic stay and one I would highly recommend as a serene oasis especially for families with young kids.

Perfect getaway
The caretaker Dee was very sweet all of the time. The house was big and beautiful, and the creek out back was amazing. My kids has so much fun and we're nearly on a cell phone or tablet. It made my heart happy to watch them chase lizards and swim in the creek. It's a great time away from the city, so quite and cool weather at night perfect. I would definitely cost again. Thank you
