"We arrived to an unclean house: surfaces were not wiped, including the floors, some of the towels were dirty, The outdoor deck had a dirty table and spills on the floor. In addition, three of the major blinds were up on one side and down on the other. There were no trash bags of any size and no Windex for cleaning the surfaces and dirty windows. We soon learned that things in the house were not working properly: The washing machine was broken, the smoke alarm in the kids room erroneously went...

"The outdoor space at this property was great with lots of seating, a hot tub and propane fire. We mainly cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. The house is in a great spot with easy biking distance to the meadow, lakeside pool and lodge restaurants. We loved everything about our stay just wish we could have stayed longer! "Great communication from owner and clean unit. The unit could use a bit of updating. The little TV in the primary suite didn’t work consistently. The main trouble we had was heating the unit. That said, I would recommend a stay here. I have no doubt those issues have been resolved. "

"We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to stay close to Five Pines Lodge and this property was perfect! The house was just as described in the listing. The three bedrooms and two baths plus the additional garage-turned family room gave the six of us plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a nice added feature and we did indulge! Cody was always prompt when I contacted him (thank you!) and immediately refunded the pet fee when our dog was unable to join us on the trip. We will...
