"We had an exceptional stay and were very pleased with the bed and breakfast. The location and room were perfect. There is a small elevator to access the location on the 2nd floor, or you can take the stairs. The private en suite bathroom had a blow dryer and all the soaps needed for a comfortable shower, the bed was very comfortable , the property was very clean and room service was provided daily. "This is a lovely little studio, very clean and very well stocked if you want to cook. This is not a tourist area so you’ll have peace and quiet, yet a friendly interesting neighborhood. Easy to get around with the Metro just steps away.."

"Great situation though some street noise at night when window open. There was an error with breakfast one morning that didn't happen but more importantly the call to find out about it was unanswered until some hours later. That isn't great for unmanned premises when there may have been a more difficult issue. I would however recommend and would happily stay there again. "

"My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!"

Ticked all the boxes.

"It ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. We loved the fact that we could help ourselves to proper tea - loose tea leaves of all flavours - and coffee in the self-service section and they had some cake slices too, so after a day out it was great to relax. We loved the room layout. The loo was in a separate room, which was far nicer and it meant that we weren't in each others way. The shower was visible, but as we are a couple that wasn't an issue. The rooms are not big, but they have everything in them that you need. they are well designed. We needed to be near the train station, so it was ideal. We will definitely be going back."

What a gem!

"What a gem. Not only walking distance to most major attractions, the neighborhood has 100000 Cafe restaurants bars to choose from. Eating and shopping from this area allowed us to dodge paying tourist prices. The hotel is charming and spotless. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and kind. This will be our second home in Paris. The owner is always there checking in on us. The hotel has a history to tell. ❤️ Do NOT buy the rooms from hotelscom. Their prices were better directly from the owners website. Hotelscom screwed us over with $$$$$"
