Welcome to our piece of gold country! Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in Camino. This welcoming property features 2 king beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a cozy stay.

Just minutes from Highway 50 and dozens of Apple Hill wineries, breweries, orchards, trails, and wedding venues, The Blackbird is nestled among towering trees that feel a world away from the big city grind. With antique furniture, modern amenities, and westward views, this Tahoe-style chalet is perfect for small groups looking to enjoy the treasures of El Dorado County.

Our home was custom-built in the 1990's by a Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer whose care and attention to detail is evident throughout, from the hand-hewn cedar shingles to the built-in bar and library nook. Enjoy the soaring pines by the pool in the summer or a hot coffee on the deck during chilly fall mornings. From art to architecture, The Blackbird blends storied past with contemporary comfort.
