This is a house with soul, where at every step we discover a decoration detail, a family piece, a piece of furniture recovered by the skillful hands of those who know. As if that were not enough, it has an enviable view over the Minho River and the green fields that surround it, dotted with small farmhouses.On the ground floor we find the huge kitchen facing east, with its charming blue cupboards, the old chimney and the breakfast nook.The dining room with its masonry ceiling and fireplace is as cosy for 6 people as it is spacious for a large family. The bedrooms are on this floor: a vast bedroom with a double bed, a charming bedroom with three single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a drawer. An additional bed can be placed on request.The bedrooms are supported by a large bathroom complete with bath and shower.The whole of the ground floor is occupied by the lounge and games room, with a further fireplace and doors opening to the outside area.Outside there is a whole private area to enjoy: the large paved threshing floor, a dining area under the trellis, a granary that has been transformed into the perfect viewpoint for the sunset.There is also the pool area, shared with the Casa do Jardim. The Houses can be rented together.Here you get the feeling of being in a luxury resort, whether diving into the blue waters, sunbathing on the lawn or having a meal in the shaded pergola.
