"Property was in good clean condition. Check in was simple. Property owner was quick to respond. Comfortably fit our entire family of 13. Nice quiet location. Only issue would be the proximity to the places we wanted to visit, but that’s on me. Got stuck at the swing bridges for 20+ minutes multiple times."

Beyond clean, stocked with the best of the best of everything.... from the sheets on the bed to the dishes and appliances in the kitchen. It's a beautiful, quiet, peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would highly recommend!!"

"This RV and property was the perfect location for a getaway my brother and I had planned. The RV was clean and furnished well. We loved the lighted fishing pier. It provided a great area to get my little brother up to speed on his casting technique. The host was very helpful and communicated very well. We plan to come back with our family very soon! "The ice machine downstairs really helped out with boat for fishing. Available slot for your boat and cleanng station for your daily catch. Plenty of water hoses to clean downstairs AC works really well house was clean and updated. Overall very satisfied with stay and hope to return!"

"Everything about the stay was great. The instructions and communication prior to arrival with Richard were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with all necessities needed to enjoy the weekend. The location is perfect for local crabbing, fishing and offers the perfect spot for getting away with friends and family to unwind. We've stayed multiple times at Richard's place and are always amazed at how beautiful the sunrises and sunsets are along with the perfect hospitality that...
