"We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"Absolutely loved this place! Clean! Everything felt brand new! Rinaldo is a super nice guy and is right there if you need anything. The house itself is gorgeous. "My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights recently and we have nothing, but positive feedback. This property is run by a Dutch/Flemish couple and they were exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room and it was great to wake up to a remarkable view of the local landscape. They also can recommend local dinner options and even call to make reservations for you. "The B&B was a beautiful place & lovely people. This is a lovely little family B&B that have dogs chickens and horses all friendly. The rooms were clean and made up everyday. We didn’t use much of there facilities as we were up and out most of the day for a motorcross event then back out for dinner in the evenings so mainly just the bed shower and breakfast I personally am not a continental breakfast kind of person but there was a very large variety on that side and they did do scrambled...
