Nice apartment of 30 sqm on the ground floor adjacent to the historic center of Camerano overlooking Monte Conero. Independent entrance, private and fenced outdoor courtyard; double bedroom and living room with sofa, equipped kitchen with dishes and cleaning products, free street parking.

From Camerano, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the sea with the wonderful beaches of the Bay of Portonovo or Sirolo.
For lovers of excursions in just a few minutes you get to Monte Conero where there are numerous paths that can be traveled on foot, by bicycle or on horseback or you can visit the Natural Forest of Castefidardo, the city of the accordion.
Only 15 minutes by car you can reach the Sanctuary of Loreto
