Spend a day catching a live performance, picnicking in the park, and hiking beautiful landscapes. Don’t miss Big Surf Waterpark nearby for family-friendly attractions, water slides, and wave pools.

When staying closer to home, enjoy pleasant lake views, ample outdoor space for entertaining, and access to paddleboards and the swim dock. Grill up your catch of the day on the large deck, share laughs, and gather around the firepit after for s’mores under the stars. Step inside to the cozy interiors bursting with plush seating and rustic charm. Snuggle up on the spacious sofa to warm yourself by the fireplace and stream your favorite movies. A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances and a large island for effortless home-cooked meals or quick snacks. The bedrooms are adorned with comfortable linens and luxe accents, while the spa-like bath’s jetted tub provides supreme relaxation. After a full day of adventure, sip some local brews on the porch and unwind as the moonlight glimmers on the lake.

Additional amenities we love in this home include a provided Pack-N-Play, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer for those packing light.
This unit is equipped with availability of a boat slip on dock B and does have a lift to use.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: No boat slip available for guest use, swimming off both community docks is available.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
