You will love this top floor unit located on the quiet Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. Located just South of Camdenton and close to Ballparks National, Lake Valley Golf Club, Old Kinderhook Golf Club and Ha Ha Tonka State Park, which was named "The most beautiful spot in all of Missouri" by Conde Nast Traveler magazine.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront condo features a full kitchen with everything you will need, dining seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The living room features a view of the water, access to the deck, a Smart TV and an electric fireplace. The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed, Smart TV, a view of the water, deck access and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and Smart TV with an adjacent full bathroom, and the third bedroom features two twin beds and a Smart TV, which completes the main level. The loft also features a queen bed, Smart TV and a full bathroom. This unit also comes with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Step outside to the deck and enjoy a great view of the water along with a gas grill and deck seating. Kiddos will enjoy the playground, 2 outdoor pools, horseshoes and volleyball pit with room to run!

Just minutes from Camdenton, about 15 minutes from Osage Beach and less than five minutes from Lake Valley Golf Club and Old Kinderhook Golf Club and about 10 minutes to Ha Ha Tonka State Park.
