"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. "The flat was very clean apart from the couch which let it down as it was badly stained, a good clean and I would have given it top marks. It was nice to have free netflix and amazon prime which was an added bonus. Beds were very comfy with good mattresses and bedding. "Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. "Our stay was amazing staff were friendly and always around to help, especially sherry she was our server for dinner on our first night, she was absolutely lovely and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.
