"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."

"Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"

"Overall great stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable bed. Restaurant is open odd hours, and a bit of a walk into town to find food, so best to bring some packable food unless you’re prepared to to taxi. "

"Absolutely excellent service considering the price. Staff couldnt do enough for you. So helpful and friendly. We only slept in a room, but pillows were so comfy! Reception staff was helpful and so customer service orientated. Breakfast was fab, simple but so nice. I can definitely recommend this place as it has everything you need for your stay. Do not be put off by the price and location. It is nice and clean and as mentioned before staff is brilliant"

"quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel."

"We booked Castello Dal Pozzo as a special treat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The whole estate is just stunning, and the team was so welcoming. "The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere. "

"Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! "

"What an incredible treasure! Stayed with my 2 kids (5 & 8) and they were shocked and amazed with how incredible this mansion was! Tastefully decorated with a FABULOUS breakfast, highly recommend. Restaurant was closed for our visit they recommended a pizzeria with a woodfire oven (6eur Pizzas that were amazing). I would go far out of my way to go back here! Book it today! "
