The Space:
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway on the ground floor, setting the tone for the tasteful elegance that flows throughout. This corridor guides you to the first of two splendid living spaces, a stylish area designed for relaxation and social gatherings.

Adjacent to this, a second living area beckons with its versatile design. This space not only offers a cozy atmosphere but also features a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating an additional guest.

The heart of this home is the fully equipped, modern kitchen that beckons both the culinary enthusiast and the casual cook. With its contemporary design and high-quality appliances, this kitchen is a dream come true. As an added bonus, it effortlessly connects to the beautiful garden, making al fresco dining a breeze.

As you ascend the staircase to the upper level, you'll discover two generously sized double bedrooms, each designed to provide comfort and tranquility. These bedrooms are your own private havens, providing ample space for relaxation and rest.

Completing the upper level is a generously sized, contemporary bathroom, a perfect retreat for indulgent self-care. Its ample space and modern fixtures ensure that your daily routines will be performed in style and comfort.

At the rear of the property, you'll find a delightful decking area, perfect for savoring al fresco dining under the open sky or simply unwinding with a glass of wine. This outdoor space seamlessly connects to a green expanse, creating a tranquil oasis for leisure and relaxation.

Please note that this is a Victorian cottage. The stairs in the house are original and are relatively steep. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have young children or elderly people in your party.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole house. Access is via a private front door.

The Neighborhood:
Cavendish Road is located very centrally and is just off Cambridge's wonderful and bohemian Mill Road. With its very central location and plethora of amenities - restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mill Road is the perfect place to stay in Cambridge. The City Centre is just a 20 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Free on street parking. Plenty of bus stops nearby. The train station and the city centre are both approximately a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.

Stylish house in an alternative area of Cambridge
Stayed 2 nights with friends attending the graduation ceremony in town. Good area for interesting restaurants and shops. Within 20 min walking distance into town centre. Clean and modern fixtures and bathroom. Only gripe would be a very stiff front door lock and no welcome pack. But all in all would recommend.
