The space
This is a bright and spacious 3 bed apartment with open plan living/dining and kitchen, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is located along Huntingdon Road with a short drive into the city centre, the River Cam, and the large open Jesus Green. A great base for exploring Cambridge's many sights with a bus stop on your doorstep. It has been recently decorated and furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed with Ensuite and built in wardrobe
2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Bed and hanging space. Can be converted into 2 x Single Beds at additional cost.
3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for guests including shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining space with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV to select your favourite streaming channels or programs, including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is kitted out for home dining with basic amenities provided. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING:
There is a dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the property, that is free for guests to use, visitor parking spaces also free to use in the complex. The property can be accessed from the car park via stairs up to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located. There is no lift access.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated along Huntingdon Road and walking distance to Eddington and Girton College. It is a short 5 minute drive into Cambridge city centre and a 10 minute drive to Cambridge station, our home is a perfect stay for all occasions. There is a bus stop on your doorstep taking you into the city centre, a convenience store at the local BP (2 mins walk) and a large Sainsburys superstore and cafes (10mins walk).
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is not allowed.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a convenience store minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
