"I absolutely loved spending time here! It brought me right back to my childhood growing up near Embden Lake, spending summers in the lakeside cabins. The amenities were all great, exactly as advertised. I will say it's a little tricky finding it in the dark! I'm looking forward to my next trip to Maine so that I can stay here again! "

"Had a very pleasant stay. Great fishing and pond is very quiet only saw a couple other canoes had 2 labs with us and they enjoyed the pond too, just be aware that the neighbors are very close, wasn’t an issue for us but if you have dogs that are bothered by strangers it might be "

"We returned here this year after a magical stay last summer. We were not disappointed. The location of the house on Lake Hebron makes for a fun time. Kayaking, fishing, birdwatching or just sitting and relaxing occupied our time at the house. The loons calling created a soundtrack for our stay. We were even treated to the unexpected appearance of the Northern lights Nearby, trips to waterfalls, hikes to Mount Kineo filled the week. If you are here, do not miss the B52 crash memorial. "It was an absolutely beautiful cabin hard to get to so the directions should be changed because it takes through the back side in order to get into the location and then you end up having to turn around because you end up in a corn field in the middle of the night and that's a little rugged no TVs in any of the rooms. Other than that our stay was amazing. Very clean everything equipped inside. You just had to get your own food and stuff. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back"
