*Swimming pool open in July and August only. Any decision concerning the swimming pool is the responsibility of the condominium trustee. As a result, no discount will be granted if the swimming pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible for this.

An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).

This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
