*Swimming pool open in July and August only. Any decision concerning the swimming pool is the responsibility of the condominium trustee. As a result, no discount will be granted if the swimming pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible for this.

In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
