"We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."

" A short distsnce outside Potes, nice chalet style hotel. Clean & basic, but comfortable with lounge & garden that caught the evening sun. Nearby restaurant was closed the night we stayed. WiFi signal needs boosting to reach all rooms, but was fine in lounge area, near reception. Friendly & efficient staff. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate."

"We stopped overnight at this wonderful little Hotel before catching the Santander Ferry to Plymouth. The room was uprated free, was big, clean and very comfortable. El sofá estaba viejisimo daba pena, los colchones se hundian en el centro y no se podía descansar por las noches. La atención por parte de recepción muy buena, la lavadora no iba y pronto nos cambiaron a otro de las mismas características pero la limpieza seguía estando igual de mal, y los colchones también aunque por lo menos...
