"We had a wonderful time in Arles and the property was located in a rural setting, but close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The property was well maintained, clean and everything worked well. The fully equipped laundry room and kitchen was a plus. Jackie and Michel were great on-property hosts. Very kind and helpful, even driving me into town for a quick tour and stop at the local market on arrival. They were quiet and there when needed with a smile. She is so friendly and personable and even went the extra mile to have something returned to us that we left in the room. She is wonderful!"

Natalie was the only one we had contact with was not well suited for dealing with people. When are traveling companion was injured on a step in the hotel Natalie was more concerned about telling her that she should have let her know that she was not going to dinner at the restaurant that Natalie made a reservation for her.
