"Reservamos um quarto mais banheiro privativo e quando chegamos lá fomos recebidos por um rapaz sem camisa, descalço informando que não tinha mais o quarto que tínhamos reservado não estava mais disponível, muito menos o banheiro (privativo). Nos alocou num outro quarto compartilhado com mais duas pessoas totalmente diferente do que foi reservado. Pagamos por um serviço e recebemos por um bem inferior sem reembolso.
