Barato, mas largado....
O chalé Excalibur tinha tudo pra ser excelente, mas o que percebemos é que a pousada fica muito largada e precisa de atenção por parte dos donos. A limpeza estava impecável, porém as roupas de cama e banho eram de péssimo estado (furadas, e mantas sujas). A recepção ficou fechada durante o dia,e fomos informados no check out que a moça estava doente, mas o estranho é que não deram satisfação ou colocaram ninguém no lugar. Depois das 23 hrs a recepção tbm ficava trancada. Café da manhã também não era servido no hotel, tinha que se deslocar à outra pousada dos donos para tomar o café da manhã, que era bem mais ou menos.

Custo beneficio médio/bom
Local simples mais aconchegante para se passar poucas noites. O chalé é mais bem cuidado por fora do que por dentro, precisa de manutenção dos detalhes do quatro. O café da manhã é de qualidade, opções variadas e gostosas. Porém o esquema é diferente já que cada mesa tem seus próprios itens como pão, iogurte, manteiga, etc...mas isso nos deixou um pouco desconfortáveis já que parece que os mesmos itens foram usados anteriormente por outros hóspedes.

Poderia ter sido muito bom, mas...
Poderia ter sido uma estadia muito boa, mas devido a problemas no abastecimento de água para a pousada (culpa da cia de abastecimento), tivemos que ser transferidos para uma outra pousada de mesmo dono, a qual não era tão bonita e aconchegante quanto nossa primeira opção. Fomos transferidos para a Vale Verde, a qual não recomendo. Não conseguia falar com ninguém na Recepção, tinha caçar algum funcionário pela pousada para conseguir alguma informação ou serviço. Ficamos em um quarto com bom espaço, mas comum e como havíamos alugado um chalé de Madeira, ficamos decepcionados. O café da manhã é bem simples e limitado. Novamente sentimos a falta da presença de um funcionário nos dois dias para nos atender e repor itens que acabavam... Enfim, não foi como esperávamos , mas Monte Verde é uma cidadezinha muito aconchegante que vale a pena conhecer!

Charme e simplicidade
Uma delicia de lugar. Numa rua de terra mas bem perto do centro (500m), com uma vista belíssima e chalés simples, porém bem aconchegantes. Jardins bem cuidados, café da manhã com muita coisa preparada na hora pela própria dona do lugar, que é uma simpatia. Gostei e certamente volto.
