Tuscan Villa on Olive Tree Hill, Panoramic View, Salt-Pool, 4km from Beach

Villa Torre lies on a typical olive-tree terraced slope in a peaceful location with stunning mountain view. It is located in beautiful nature - on the first hill above the sea, surrounded by our own private 50 000 m² flower and olive tree garden. A bottle of our olive oil will be waiting for you upon arrival.

The villa has a private road access and parking. The nearest village is 0,5 km far (easily reached by foot). The sea and sandy beaches (private or public) are only 4 km far.

Villa Torre has two floors and a main terrace, which is situated north-west. The terrace offers a spacious dining area for 4 - 6 people with a barbecue and an exceptional view of the olive garden and mountains. After recent renovations, it offers all the latest comforts such as air-conditioning controlled individually in each room, strong wifi, built-in safe, security alarm system and satellite TV.

The villa also offers an outdoor gym and a large professional trampoline for up to 130 kg.

The area is perfect for biking and running as there are many pathways through the olive gardens and mountains. We can recommend you some great spots.

The villa is cleaned with ecological products, as sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We also ensure absolute cleanliness for each guest - of property and of laundry.

Above Villa Torre is a newly renovated (in 2022) large salt-water mosaic pool (12x4m) with an all around glamorous view. The water contains no chemicals and is daily cleaned and checked. The entrance from the villa to the pool is private. The pool is shared with two other villas (one for max. 4 guests, the other for max. 6 guests). The garden area that surrounds the pool is large and there are enough sunbeds.

Location: The villa is in a very central position. The area is worldwide famous for its art, history, delicious food and wines and the beautiful beaches of Versilia. You are between sea resorts (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi), the Apuan Alps and many historical cities like Lucca, Pisa (the famous tower), Pietrasanta (meeting place of famous sculptors) or Carrara with its white marble quarries. In a day trip you can easily reach other famous destinations like Florence, Siena, San Gemignano or Portovenere and the 5 Terre in Liguria. For the romantics there are the small medieval villages in the mountains to discover!

Fantastic holiday home!!
This property is amazing! The house was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed! It is in a great location close to the coast, Pisa and Lucca. The swimming pool was wonderful and the views were amazing. Sandra was lovely and I’d highly recommend this holiday home!

The perfect stay to end our vacation
July 2023 was hot, but we persevered and visit many wonderful places in the North of Italy. So when we arrived in Camaiore we were ready to take it a bit easier. The villa is lovely. It is spacious and the setup gives you the choice to stay in the house, garden or somewhere else. We also particularly liked the fact the kitchen had all the right gear to cook. Near the villa there is plenty to do and the manual in the house provided some great suggestions for shopping, dinning etc. Last but not least the pool. A wonderful pool with a spectacular view. We loved dipping in every day after a warm day on the road. Super stay and the owners are very supportive.

A perfect location for visiting Florence, Pisa, Lucca & Sienna. The property was perfect.
The property had everything in it that we needed. It was spacious, comfortable and had air Con that kept us cool in the evenings. It is set up away from the road so is secluded, peaceful and so relaxing. The pool was great and had plenty of seating/sun beds for everyone. I can’t recommend this property enough and would definitely go back if visiting Tuscany. Sandra and her husband were so helpful but never intrusive. Such a lovely family and a wonderful property.

Home from home in Italian sunshine
Needed owner's help to find the property but once there we couldn't fault it. Villa is clean, cool and comfortable (more spacious than we expected) with everything provided. Pool was lovely and pool terrace has wonderful views across the countryside. Eva and Michael were on hand to provide lots of useful local advice. We enjoyed the beach and Pisa (despite the crowds in the latter). A real home from home in the Italian sunshine, highly recommended.

Magnificent panoramic views from pool area, house was average
The pool area is exceptional. It is located above the three holiday homes and offers panoramic uninterrupted views from the Apuan Alps to the towns along the coast. It is surrounded by mature (olive) trees and shrubs, well maintained and offers spectacular sunset views. The location of the property is ideal: it is situated at the foot of the hills accessible via an unpaved private road. This provides a secluded, elevated location but with easy access to the main road/motorway in a few minutes. There's plenty to see and do even within a 30-minute drive. The great advantage of the house is the efficient air conditioning with separate units in the two bedrooms and the living area. Otherwise the house itself (Torre) was average. Although it was equipped with the essential amenities, it was rather basic and not particularly well-equipped compared with other holiday properties in this price range. It was disappointing that there were no windows in the living-dining-kitchen area on the ground floor; even though the large window on the mezzanine floor let the light in it was rather dark downstairs and you could not see outside. The private terrace and barbecue area, accessible from the upper floor, felt rather confined and not very inviting. Overall, we enormously enjoyed the spectacular views and location of the property which made up for the shortcomings of the house itself.

Marvellous place. Peaceful and beautiful setting. Pool is wonderful and the view is spectacular. The aircon works perfectly, and the house is very well equipped. The communication and greeting by Sandra at arrival made us feel very welcome. One thing I would note is the pool is not private but shared with the guests of two other houses. This was not a problem for us, but was not clear from the posting. Beach is 6,5 km away by car.

Nice place to relax
I recommend the place. The house is nice and well maintained. Air con is working really well and you can appreciate during summer. Swimming pool is nice with a beautiful view. Location is convenient to visit Pisa, Livorno, Lucca. You can drive a bit to reach Sienna or Firenze for a day. You can also enjoy the beach if you want with plenty of choices for italian private beaches. Enjoy Toscana.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen mit Pool
Wir ( Eltern, 2 Jungs, 9 und 11 Jahre alt ) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe ( ca. 25 Meter oberhalb an einen Hang ). Es ist über einen Privatfeldweg aber gut zu erreichen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Eva und Michael empfangen. Die Übergabe war total nett und wir haben sofort gemerkt, dass die beiden äußerst lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Eva wünschte uns, dass wir einen perfekten Urlaub haben werden und dass es uns an nichts fehlen sollte. Die Begrüßung war daher schon ein Highlight ( (-: ). Außerdem waren die beiden sehr diskret. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen ideal. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, wenn man sie benötigt. Nachts konnten wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen, da an allen Fenstern Fliegenschutzgitter vorhanden sind. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der große Pool. Er ist ca. 15 Meter zu Fuß durch Olivenbäume zu erreichen. Hatte für unsere Jungs die ideale Wassertiefe ( ca. 140cm ). Wir konnten uns am Pool und im Haus und auf unser eigenen Terrasse perfekt entspannen.

Haus mit traumhaftem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet, modern und geschmackvoll, mit guter Klimaanlage. Hanggrundstückbedingt ist der Austritt zur Terrasse im 1. Stock. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Highlight ist der noch etwas höher gelegene große Pool mit fantastischer Aussicht. Von dort möchte man dann gar nicht mehr weg...

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir verbrachten mit unseren zwei Kindern (5 und 7) zwei herrliche und entspannte Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist ruhig gelegen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick bis zum Meer. Besonders der Pool ist aufgrund seiner Größe und Lage ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können Vallina Tower absolut weiter empfehlen!
