"We made the difficult decision to leave this property before spending even one night there.Our experience started badly when the host, who lives in another part of the property, greeted us with obvious frustration because she had waited about 30 minutes for our arrival. "I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of a property really shows when the unexpected happens. The rooms and pool were great and big, and the food poolside very good. But what really impressed me was Irene’s responsiveness on some early hiccups and when my wife got very sick, Federica at the front desk was a model of care and hospitality. Immediate responses to any requests, a good English speaking doctor in our room within 90 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable rate. Generous flexibility with checkout to help us get back on our feet. Housekeeping going to extra mile to manage our needs during illness. Thank you to all the staff and especially Frederica for all your kind care."
