Location: this wonderful holiday home is only 900 meters from the sandy beach. The house has a quiet location. Our guests can easily do without the car while on vacation. The shops, restaurants and the beach are easily accessible on foot. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. A gazebo and a covered terrace are available to guests. The garden is well suited for relaxing and spending nice barbecues. Parking on the fenced property.
Equipment: The house has a living space of approx. 200 m². Nice facility. A large bright living room with access to the terrace, TV. Kitchen with access to the garden. Bathroom with bath tub / shower.
2 bedrooms with double bed. Bedroom with single bed. Guest bathroom. Additional bed on request. Only small pets allowed.

Wunderschönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren mit vier Kindern und Hund vor Ort. Haus und Garten sind geräumig und bieten alles was man braucht. Geschirr für sechs ist vorhanden. Und ja, es gibt bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber das hat sich alles im Rahmen gehalten .gerade für den Aufenthalt mit Hund ist das Haus perfekt. Zum Strand ist es etwas länger zu laufen, ca. 15 Min. aber dafür ist die Lage sehr schön ruhig.

Emplacement calme, et proche de la mer. Par contre la villa n'est pas conçue pour 6 adultes, mais 4 adultes et 2 enfants, les 2 chambres à 1 lit, pour des enfants. Matelas pas fait pour des adultes. Dommage que la terrasse devant la villa, qui est sympathique, le propriétaire pourrait mettre une petite table, ainsi que quelques chaises, qui permettrait de voir le coucher du soleil. Attention, linges, et literie pas compris dans la location, chose que nous n'avions pas compris.

Zentral gelegenes Haus mit schönem Garten
Positiv ist die zentrale Lage (nur ca, 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Promenade entfernt) und der Garten. Auch die Hilfsbereitschaft von der zuständigen Hausverwalterin vor Ort war super! Allerdings hatten wir Pech mit dem Haus weil zu der Zeit alle Straßenzüge in der Nachbarschaft aufgefresen wurden, mit entsprechender Lärmbelästigung! Dafür kann natürlich keiner was....Leider hatten auch unsere direkte Nachbarn (Einheimische) zwei Hunde die gerne morgens und abends richtig schön gebellt haben. Besonders ein Abend war es schlimm, wir haben die Hausverwalterin darauf angerufen und sie hat den Besitzer kontaktiert - irgendwann gegen 23.30 war es dann auch ruhig! Wir könnte deshalb nicht den Garten so genießen wie es wir uns gewünscht hatten. Es ist natürlich generell eine Frage in wie weit die zugereisten Touristen sich im Alltag der Einheimischen "ausbreiten " soll.

Casa carina e ottima posizione
La casa è molto carina e corrisponde alla descrizione, la pulizia è stata impeccabile, si vede che i proprietari ci tengono molto. Unica nota dolente è che, nonostante ci sia la possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno le macchine, davanti al cancellone non c’è il divieto di parcheggiare per lasciare libero il passaggio, per questo in 3 occasioni ci siamo ritrovati a non poter entrare ed uscire con la macchina. e chi parcheggiava davanti ne aveva tutto il diritto visto che non c’è il passo carrabile. A parte questo la posizione della casa è molto strategica, 10 min a piedi e si arriva sul lungo mare. Non sono disponibili ventilatori e condizionatore e le prime due notti sono state un po’ tormentate, complice l’estate caldissima di quest’anno, ma appena si sono abbassate un po’ le temperature con le finestre aperte si dorme abbastanza bene, un ultimo difetto che abbiamo trovato sono i materassi delle camere matrimoniali che a mio avviso andrebbero cambiati perché davvero scomodi. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili, a parte parcheggio e materassi il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Vicino al mare ma non troppo
Bella casa con ampi spazi interni ed esterni molto adatti a famiglie con bambini anche piccoli. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi , la casa è in una zona residenziale silenziosa in quanto non contigua a strade trafficate e ai rumori notturni della passeggiata a mare. Il parcheggio interno al cancello contiene 2 macchine , dettaglio importantissimo in alta stagione . Proprietari premurosi

location propre avec mer accessible à pied
Points positifs : Très bon accueil des propriétaires - Maison ancienne mais très bien entretenue - très propre - très belle pelouse - jardin agréable - lave linge disponible - existence d'un wc supplémentaire hors salle de bains La plage est à 600 métres à pied - très accessible - De nombreux commerces ( on y va à pied et aussi un grand magasin très bien achalandé à moins de 8 minutes en voiture), des restaurants à proximité . Les promenades du soir le long de la plage sont très fréquentées Points négatifs : 1) chaque nuit , avec la chaleur on dort la fenêtre ouverte , et les sirénes des ambulances et police ( basées à proximité ) nous réveillent - leur niveau sonore est important - 2) Les voisins immédiats avaient des grands chiens qui aboyaient tôt le matin , tard le soir et cela durait un bon moment . 3) l'équipement de la maison : - un micro ondes serait le bienvenu - l'absence de lave vaisselle n'a pas été un gros probléme on s'y est mis chacun notre tour - une cafetiére plus moderne aurait évité d'attendre 20 minutes pour le café le matin 4) la literie : pour 6 personnes c'est un peu limite ( 1 lit d'appoint dans la chambre des parents pour une ado de 12 ans et 1 lit petite taille dans une piéce minuscule pour un ado de 16 ans ) - cela correspond plus à 1 logement pour 4 adultes et 1 jeune enfant 5) la vaisselle : pas de verres à biére ni à vin , juste des verrres à eau et à moutarde.

Nie wieder! Geräumig, aber viel zu laut!
Wir waren in der Nachsaison 2 Wochen dort. Das Haus ist qualitativ in Ordnung, aber nicht zu empfehlen, da man niemals Ruhe hat. Der größere Nachbarshund ist praktisch immer draußen, muss auch draußen schlafen und heult wie ein Wolf und bellt ununterbrochen von 6.30h morgens bis Mitternacht durch. Wer also Wolfgsgeheul rund um die Uhr möchte mit wenig Schlaf, ist hier toll aufgehoben. Da hilft auch nicht die ganz gute Ausstattung und Geräumigkeit des Hauses.
