"Loved the hotel. Location was perfect to see the old town. Staff was spot on. The room was large and very nice. "

"Great location, nice newly renovated facilities, good breakfast. But there are several serious issues. #1 There are several staircases from entry to elevator, it was difficult for carrying luggage. There is one staircase in our room right after the door entry. It is very dangerous each time go in and out of room. #2 Room is cold and blacket is very thin. So we asked for a blacket and it lead to issue #3 I found a bug crawling on the blanket. It was very scary. I killed the bug, took a photo and my husband showed the front desk staff. He changed a room for us. The next day, other staffs confirmed it was not bed bug. Still, it is a very scary experience. "

"Location was very good, and easy to access the main areas of town and the min metro stations. Property was in good condition and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge was as a 190+cm (6’3) man, the washrooms and toilets were cramped. But overall, good stay and was certainly worth the value. "

"Nearly a hidden location on a small street in Perugia. Hard to unload luggage if your car is full size, but worth it. Had to park in the huge inside the hill garage. Lovely rooms. Breakfast room has painted ceilings from the 12th century. It’s near everything! Well priced too. "

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."
