"We stayed at 1 of the 3 cottages. I had a difficult time figuring out where it was prior to booking as VRBO doesn't always show the exact location. It would help if a picture of where it is on the map was included in the listing photos. It was a convenient location in the middle of the island. While you could technically walk to the beach, I wouldn't necessarily recommend that. A rental car was necessary to travel around and the road to get to the cottage is very rutted. "This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental"
