Appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé
L'appartement est situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble récent avec une vue magnifique sur la citadelle, la mer et la montagne. Il est très bien équipé. La mer, le centre et la plage sont tres proches et tous accessibles à pied sans avoir à bouger la voiture. Le parking privé est très pratique. Seul bemol, le voisinage proche de l'immeuble : 1 garagiste et 1 supermarché mais sans aucune nuisance.

Beaucoup de points positifs: Situation dans Calvi, à la fois proche du centre, de la plage et des commerces. Appartement propre, en très bon état et bien équipé. Au dernier étage sur ascenseur avec un balcon vue mer/montagne. Remise des clés facile, très bon accueil. Gros points forts avec la climatisation, les ouvrants électriques et le parking privé et clôturé. Je recommande.

Excellent séjour de 15 jours dans ce bel appartement de Calvi très agréable à vivre et très soigné. Il ne manque de rien. Le balcon est plus grand que nous ne nous l'étions imaginé avec un panoramique top. Tout est à proximité, la mer, le super U, les restaurants du port, les petits commerces. L'organisation avec la propriétaire est très claire et Christelle qui accueille les vacanciers est d'une présence très ajustée. Que du bonheur, Dieu que la Corse est belle ! Myriam et Thierry

Nous avons adoré Calvi , petite ville animée et jolie plage .L’appartement est idéalement placé au calme avec proximité immédiate de tous les services, nous allons très facilement à la plage et en ville en moins de 10 minutes à pied. La description est conforme ,rien ne manque pour nous rendre le séjour confortable, nous avons apprécié la jolie terrasse et sa vue reposante du coucher de soleil sur la baie et les montagnes.De très bons échanges avec Mme Villanova et très bon accueil à notre arrivée.

Un trés bel endroit
La vue sur la mer, la montagne et la citadelle ne manque de charme. En effet, l'appartement bien situé au 4ieme étage offre une belle vue sur Calvi. Il est très bien équipé , confortable, une belle terrasse et aussi un parking qui est un vrai plus. Bref une location où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
