"We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was just as described on the website. The owner provided useful information in advance, such as a map and an inventory of the contents of the property. He welcomed us warmly and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It's in a quiet location with a great view (we were glad we had a car for the steep climb up from the town). Having such nice accommodation helped to make it a memorable holiday!"

Toller Familienurlaub in Calvi
Wir wurden vom Vermieter Francis Dary sehr nett empfangen. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und auch viele persönliche Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die fantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht von Calvi hat uns immer wieder staunen lassen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben unseren Familienurlaub sehr genossen.

A glorious panoramic view
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed including a fan for the extra hot nights. The owner, Francis, is an absolute star, so helpful and always quick to respond if we needed him. We were here during the terrible storms and he was great at checking all was well. The location provides you with a beautiful view of the whole town of Calvi and the mountains and sea, it’s fabulous. If you’re walking back to the property from town, it’s up a very steep hill so be prepared to work those legs! The kitchen was fully-equipped and the washing machine was very handy. All in all, a wonderful place with a wonderful owner. Merci Francis!

Tolle Aussicht
Die Wohnung liegt hoch über Calvin, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Citadelle hat. Der Sonnenaufgang ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Der Vermieter spricht französisch und italienisch. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die fehlenden Mückengitter. Ansonsten würden wir gern wieder kommen.

Vraiment ravie de notre séjour . Très bon accueil, le propriétaire est disponible, chaleureux, ils nous a concocté un programme de lieu, randonnées à ne pas louper... Le studio est bien équipée et la vue est encore plus surprenante que sur la photo. Je recommande ce lieu et nous y retournerons

Abbiamo trascorso una indimenticabile vacanza nell 'appartamento che si e' presentato superiore alle nostre aspettative. Molto accogliente e fornito di confort e attrezzature idonee. Il proprietario molto gentile e attento, ha agevolato la nostra permanenza dando indicazioni chiare e puntuali sulle zone della Balagne da visitare. Wunderbar!
Lieber Herr Dary, uns hat der Alltag leider schon wieder in den Fängen - jetzt, leider mit etwas Verzögerung mein Kompliment für Ihre Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet - wir hätten ohne weiteres noch 5 Menschen mit all den vorrätigen Küchenutensilien bewirten können. Die Lage des App. ist einzigartig - der Weg in die Altstadt Calvis auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar (für Gehbehinderte nicht möglich aufgrund des Gefälles). Das ganze Appartment haben wir sehr gepflegt und sauber übernommen. Super war, dass wir eine Waschmaschine vor Ort nutzen konnten. Sie waren für uns ein zauberhafter Gastgeber - sehr zuvorkommend, sehr liebenswert und sehr bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste... Herr Dary hat sich nicht einmal gescheut uns Nachts (00.30h) in Empfang zu nehmen, da wir keine andere Fähre mehr nehmen konnten. Das gab mir Sicherheit, dass Appartment auch in der Nacht zu finden. Desweiteren hat er uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für lokale Ausflüge kopiert (handschriftlich erstellt!), die wir (fast) alle wahrgenommen haben. Es ist für uns eine Bereicherung, Herrn Dary und sein App. kennengelernt zu haben. Über das Geschenk freue ich mich noch immer - es war noch nicht der passende Moment für Ihren guten Tropfen! :o). Eine kleine Kritik zum Schluß: es wäre schön, wenn in den nächsten Jahren neue Matratzen angeschaft würden. Ich persönlich habe diese als etwas unkonfortabel empfunden. Mr. Dary ist ein toller Gastgeber - durch und durch freundlich und sehr entspannt und nett. Er wohnt ein paar Häuser weiter die Straße hoch. Er ist sehr diskret, aber sofort da wenn man ihn braucht. Zum Beispiel hatte er tolle Tipps für kleine Ausflüge mit dem Auto entlang der schönsten Straßen um Calvi. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und war perfekt gepflegt und absolut sauber. Auf unseren Wunsch waren die Betten gemacht. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Highlight ist der Ausblick vom Balkon. Direkte Sonne hat der Balkon nur morgens. Das macht ihn sehr angenehm, da man am Nachmittag nicht in der prallen Sonne sitzt. Manchmal kann es mit ein bisschen Wind auch etwas kühl sein. Zumindest im Mai noch. Im Hochsommer sicher nicht. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und wir vermissen den tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Calvi!

UN TRES BEAU SEJOUR
Nous avons loué un studio; nous étions deux.. Les appartements sont situés dans des petites maisons, disposées de telle façon qu'on a l'impression d'être seuls. Ils sont idéalement situés, en hauteur par rapport à Calvi (quelle vue!! et on peut respirer par rapport à la chaleur suffocante d'"en bas"), face à la baie de Calvi, on ne s'en lasse pas. Les petits jardins très bien entretenus et bien disposés permettent à chaque logement d'avoir "son"jardin, tout en donnant une impression d'étendue. Les logements ne sont pas neufs, bien que l'extérieur est en vrai plus joli que sur les photos, mais ils sont très propres, très bien entretenus et disposent de tout, même ce à quoi on n'aurait pas pensé. Dont un ventilateur..indispensable cet été. Et les petits trucs bien pratiques en plus: machines à laver, étendage à linge.. Finalement la description sur le site est presque moins bien que ça ne l'est en réalité!!! En plus on a la vue, les odeurs du maquis tout proche, et l'air de la mer. On est à peine à 10 min à pied du centre (bon, ça monte un peu au retour..), mais sans avoir les tracas de la foule, et juste à côté le départ d'un sentier de randonnée. Que dire de plus? Monsieur Dary est charmant et vous conseille sur ce que vous pouvez faire durant votre séjour. Je conseille cette location, nous on a vraiment profité!!!!

Très bon séjour
Habitation agréable offrant une vue imprenable sur la citadelle et le golfe de CALVI . Résidence spacieuse et bien aménagée dans un endroit très calme. L'extérieur avec ses jardins fleuris et bien entretenus. Un itinéraire complet et précis décrit par le propriétaire ( très sympathique et de bons conseils ) nous a permis de découvrir les points forts de la région. appartement idéal vue magnifique sur la citadelle de Calvi au calme et seulement à 5mn du centre ville : proprietaire très agréable et à l'écoute aussi bien pour les conseils de visite et restaurants aller surtout à Calenzana et manger l'agneau grillé au feu de bois divin. faire en bateau la réserve de Scandola et l'ile de Girolatta
